Okumura's Palace takes the form of a space station and robot factory, reflecting his ruthless exploitation of workers and his obsession with corporate expansion. The palace features airlock mechanics, conveyor belt puzzles, and worker-robot enemies. Haru Okumura joins the team during this arc with Psychic and Gun skills.
Each palace contains 3 Will Seeds. Collecting all 3 combines them into a powerful accessory. Bring them to Jose in Mementos to upgrade them further.
In the factory assembly line area. After the first airlock, check the maintenance corridor to the left of the worker break room.
In the launch bay section. Near the robotic arm puzzle, look for a vent shaft accessible from the elevated walkway.
In the executive tower near the treasure. Before the final elevator ride, explore the research lab wing for a hidden passage.
This is one of the most challenging boss fights. Okumura himself does not fight directly. Instead, he summons waves of robot workers that self-destruct if not defeated quickly. Each robot type has specific weaknesses: blue robots are weak to Fire, green to Wind, and the executive robot (Big Bang Burger) is weak to Psychic. You must defeat each wave within 2 turns or they self-destruct for massive damage. Bring personas that cover all elements and use Baton Pass chains to maximize damage output.
The boss fight is timed per wave. Maximize Baton Pass chains to deal enough damage quickly.
Haru's Psi (Psychic) skills are useful against many enemies in this palace.
Bring a variety of elemental skills. The boss fight requires hitting multiple weaknesses.
The airlock puzzles can be confusing. Map out which switches control which doors.
Craft infiltration tools like Lockpicks before entering. There are many locked treasure chests.
