Kaneshiro's Palace manifests as a massive floating bank in Shibuya, reflecting his greed and exploitation of the city's youth. The palace features security cameras, locked vaults, and keycard-based progression. Makoto Niijima joins the Phantom Thieves during this arc, bringing valuable Nuclear skills to the team.
Each palace contains 3 Will Seeds. Collecting all 3 combines them into a powerful accessory. Bring them to Jose in Mementos to upgrade them further.
In the bank lobby area. After bypassing the first set of security cameras, check the vault-like room on the lower floor.
In the mid-section of the bank. Near the elevator shaft area, look for a side corridor behind the locked security door.
On the upper floors near the vault. Before the final security checkpoint, explore the executive office wing for a hidden room.
Kaneshiro fights from within a piggy bank mech called Piggytron. Focus on destroying the Piggytron first. It will periodically roll for massive damage, so guard when it announces the attack. After the mech is destroyed, Kaneshiro himself is weak to Wind and Nuclear. Use Makoto's Nuclear skills and Morgana's Wind skills. Keep buffs and debuffs active throughout the fight.
Makoto's Frei (Nuclear) skill is extremely useful in this palace and the boss fight.
Watch for security cameras. Being spotted raises the security level significantly.
The vault puzzles require finding keycards. Check side rooms thoroughly.
Guard when Piggytron prepares to roll. The damage is devastating if unblocked.
Bring plenty of revival items. The boss hits hard and can down party members quickly.
